ARRIVAL AND ACCESS TO GROUNDS
For directions to site enter E91 EP20 on Google Maps
Entry passes are not pre-issued by post. Traders should bring a hardcopy or screenshot of their stand booking confirmation.
Only one vehicle will be admitted to the trading area per valid booking: requests for additional vehicles must be made when booking.
If additional staff members are arriving later in the day, they should bring a hardcopy or screenshot of the relevant trade stand booking confirmation to gain admission to the grounds via the traders / horsebox entrance marked below.
Except where booking has specifically requested a vehicle on the stand and the appropriate fee has been paid, all vehicles must be removed to a designated traders carpark promptly once set-up is complete. Stewards will be enforcing this strictly.
All stands are pre-allocated and marked. Please remain within your marked area.
To minimise congestion and delays on show day, please note and adhere to the staggered arrival times for different stand types.
Stands may not be dismantled before 5pm. To safeguard the health and safety of patrons, trader vehicles will not be permitted to leave the designated traders carparks before this time.
