Showing Ireland points can be collected at Clonmel Show for their Awards League. The Riders wishing to take part will have to register with Showing Ireland [SI] before they can accrue points. It is therefore very important for these riders to declare the rider on the entry form. Clonmel Show will confirm the results to Showing Ireland post-show.
For Small Hunters, Mares or Geldings, 4 years or older, over 148 cm but not exceeding 158 cm. Riders must have reached their 14th birthday by January 1st of the current year to participate. The first and second placed winners from classes 11, 12, 13 and 14 will qualify for the Supreme Champion Ridden Hunter of the Show, which boasts a €1,000 prize fund and The Wilfred F H Watson Memorial Cup (donated by the late Mrs. W Bagwell, Marlfield, in 1930). The Kellet Perpetual Challenge Cup (donated by the late Mrs. Kellet of Clonacody) will be presented to the best 4-year-old mare or gelding shown in these classes. Supreme Champion RH, Reserve Champion &/or Champion 4yo will qualify for SI Champion of Champion Final. Passports MUST be available & confirmed on show day.
No entries permitted on day of event.
Rosettes to 6th place. In addition a Best-Turned-Out rosette will be awarded. Red Mills Vouchers for 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
